As the sole graphic designer for Mojica Real Estate, I developed a cohesive visual identity that aligned with the company’s brand and business goals. My work included designing the logo, website homepage, social media graphics, and a range of print collateral such as flyers and pull-up banners, ensuring consistency across both digital and print platforms.
Initial Logo Ideation
The concept behind the logo design was to use rooflines of a house to resemble the letter "M", reinforcing the brand’s architectural essence. A gold and blue color palette was selected to reflect the University of Michigan’s signature maize and blue, honoring the university’s visual identity and traditions.
